I'll admit I have a love affair with my red pants. I love them, they just add to much charisma, color and boldness into an outfit without trying. That's why here in this picture I pair them with a simple white shirt, but Friday I was feeling extra bold so in case the red wasn't enough I added a waist cinching belt. The jackets and the hat were after thoughts to be honest mostly because of the cold weather, but the jacket actually gave it a chic look. I think the jacket has a sharper effect than a sweater might've. So here's a tip if you want to be relaxed or add curves to a skinny frame I'd pair this kind of outfit with a long black cardigan sweater which I have, but if you really want to advertise a small waist and great torso choose the jacket. The hat gives this outfit a cute "uptown girl" feel. For a totally bold quirk though you could swap the hat for geek chic glasses instead. I like this outfit because it's compatible with various elements. :)
